Thursday Night Special
You've asked and we've listened. For those of you looking for more crop time, we are pleased to offer the Thursday Night Special.
This includes lodging on Thursday night and crop time beginning at 9 a.m. on Friday. That gives you 5 extra hours of crop time (or unloading time) and a peaceful night sleep to get your creative juices flowing. You will also be eligible for special door prizes.
The Thursday Night Special package is $45 per person for double rooms and $90 for private rooms. If your roommate is not participating in the Thursday Night Special then you will be charged the private room rate of $90. You will be on your own for dinner Thursday night and breakfast and lunch on Friday.
Our goal is to make the Thursday Night Special and little more "special" at future retreats by providing access to the crop room on Thursday Night.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
All money paid (excluding your $50 non-refundable deposit) will be refunded according to the below timeline. All dates refer to the date which you notify Sassy Scraps in writing of your cancellation.

The cost for the crop is $225 per person with two people in a room. Private room rate is $325. Your crop fee includes your two night stay, 6 feet of work space, goody bag, chance to win door prizes, Friday night dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner and Sunday lunch. Tea and water will be available in the crop room throughout the weekend.
We will crop from 2 p.m. on Friday until 3 p.m. on Sunday.
A $50 nonrefundable deposit is due with your registration form. Space is limited. The first 30 deposits received will have a guaranteed spot. All registration is through snail mail or hand delivery. Afterwards, you may pay your balance by cash, check or credit.
You must pay in full by January 24, 2012. You may pay your balance at one time or in installments - whichever works best for your budget.
You are may bring any food and beverage you like and keep it in your guest room. Each room has a mini fridge and coffee pot. There is a community microwave at the end of each wing. We will have drinks and desserts with our meals.
You are responsible for breakfast. The Shoreline Restaurant is open at 7 a.m. for those of you who like a hot breakfast. Last year, they had a wonderful breakfast buffet each morning for less than $10. You can also order from a menu. If you need just a little something for breakfast, then you should consider bringing muffins, granola, etc.
The lodge also has a small store which has sodas and snacks for you to purchase.
