We are limited to 25 croppers and at this time all spaces are full. We do have a waiting list if you would like to be placed on the list.
If you are "registered" to attend, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible if your plans change and you will not be joining us.
We ask that everyone bring a shareable snack or appetizer and $5 for a pizza dinner. We will have tea (sweet and unsweet) available but if you want a soda you will need to bring that. A fridge, oven and microwave is available for your use.
Of course, you also need to bring all of your croppin' stuff!
CLASSES Carrie will be teaching classes on the Cricut and Gypsy. Each class is $10 and is open to everyone. Each class will last about one hour, but may be longer depending on the number of people.
The Cricut Basics class will begin at 10:30 a.m. This class is a general features class. It teaches you how to use your Cricut (any size) and what all the buttons do. This is a make and take class.
The Gypsy class will begin at 3 p.m. This class will touch on all the features of the Gypsy and teach you the basic operations so that you can use your Gypsy to its maximum potential. This is a general instruction class.

Crop Teal You Drop - Weekend Retreat
Crop Teal You Drop 2010 is full! We are accepting names for the waiting list. If you are interested in attending and being placed on the waiting list, please e-mail us at crops@sassyscrapsonline.com.
Join Sassy Scraps for some mystery, adventure, comedy, drama and intrigue at Crop Teal You Drop 2010. We will be scrappin' and raising awareness at the peaceful Winthrop Rockefeller Institute on top of scenic Petit Jean Mountain on October 1-3, 2010. We will crop from 2 p.m. on Friday until 4 p.m. on Sunday. This is a crop to benefit the Arkansas Ovarian Cancer Coalition (www.arkansasovariancancer.org).
Cost is dependent on number of people sharing a room. Cost includes a two night stay at WinRock, personal work space, all drinks, all snacks, Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner, Sunday lunch, breakfast for hotel guests, door prizes and goodie bag!
$185 per cropper with 4 people sharing a room $235 per cropper with 3 people sharing a room $260 per cropper with 2 people sharing a room $350 for a private room
If you only wish to pay $185 then you will be placed in a room with three other attendees. However, if we do not have a space available for you at the $185 rate, then you will be required to pay a higher rate.
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due upon registration. Space is limited. The first 40 deposits received will have a guaranteed spot. All registration is through snail mail or hand delivery. We are not able to accept credit cards at this time.
Balance is due by September 1, 2010. We are happy to work with you and set up a payment plan that fits your needs.
Crop Teal You Drop 2010 is a benefit for the Arkansas Ovarian Cancer Coalition to promote awareness, educate Arkansas and fight ovarian cancer. One way we help is by raising money for the Coalition. We will have two special fundraisers - Stuff the Pig and Raffle.
Stuff the Pig: Start collecting all of your change now because the person who brings the most change (based on weight) wins a special prize!!
Since Miss Piggy was a hit last year and everyone wanted to take her home, she will be a part of the raffle this year.
Raffle: tickets are $1 each or six for $5. All ticket sale proceeds go directly to the Coalition. Here is a sneak peek of some of the prizes in the raffle: Cricut Expression, Sizzix Texture Boutique Embossing Machine with embossing folders, Cricut Cartridges, Premier Jewelry and more!!
Refund Policy All money paid (excluding your $50 non-refundable deposit) will be refunded according to the date timeline listed below. All dates refer to the date which you notify Sassy Scraps in writing of your cancellation.

Summer Crop, July 10th, 9 a.m. until 9 p.m., $10, Russellville Boys & Girls Club: How about spending the day with good friends and doing what we love to do.......talk, eat, win prizes, and SCRAPBOOK!! Teresa will be teaching a wonderful class doing a really cute summer page with enough stuff to do a companion page that afternoon. Cost is only $10. Seating is limited to 20, so don't delay. Teresa's store will be set up at the "little gray house" next door to Wilkins Bros. Outdoors on North Arkansas Ave. She will be open from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m., so swing by to shop before you come to crop. If you've seen her prices, you know you don't want to miss it. Bring your reciept in for your tickets for every $5 you spend. We will also have "Sellers Corner." If you want to bring some things to sell (like garage sale), make sure it is priced with your name and turn it in to Traders Corner. We will watch it for you, sell your item, and collect your money. Then when your ready to go home, just collect the unsold items and your cash, how easy is that!!! The only cost to you is 10% of your sales, we will do the rest. So clean out those drawers and get to pricing. We will also be doing a make-n-take and challenge, there will be door prizes to give away. Please bring a snack to share, extra tickets if its homemade. Croppin' 4 Kids, August 6-7, Second Presbyterian Church, Little Rock, Arkansas: This is a benefit crop for Easter Seals of Arkansas hosted by Diane Freeman and Dana Hood. The crop is from 9 a. m. until midnight on Friday and from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. on Saturday. There are several attendence options (all weekend, half-days, etc.) to fit everyone's budget. This is always a fun-filled weekend with many surprises and many ways for you to support Easter Seals of Arkansas! Autumn in the Ozarks Scrapbooking Retreat, the last weekend of September at a beautiful lodge at Shepherd of the Ozarks in Harriet, Arkansas.
