The Beginning of Sassy Scraps

Carrie and Cecilia met in college, followed each other to law school, became best friends and scrapping partners, and are now ready to follow their dreams together.  They aspire to make scrapbooking #1 and become full time scrappers for many years.  Sassy Scraps got its feet on the ground by providing fun and relaxing scrapbook retreats for Carrie and Cecilia's faithful fellow scrappers while they handcrafted scrapbooks, greeting cards, invitations and memory gifts. 

Cecilia Ashcraft

Born and raised in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Cecilia now lives in Malvern with her Chihuahua Spike.  She is an Attorney by day and a Mad Scrapper by night.  She has been scrappin’ since 1994.   Back then there were very few products and everything was pretty elementary.  Man, have we come a long way!  

Scrapbooking is her passion.  She is a very creative person in general so scrapbooking is a natural fit.  It serves as her outlet and obsession.  She has been known to convert many friends into scrapbooking addicts.  She has a niece and nephew who provide a great deal of scrapbooking inspiration.  Her
scrapping style is fresh, funky and of course sassy!  

She is truly a paper addict and she loves collage.

Carrie Bumgardner

Carrie and her pet-child, Samson, call Benton home.  Her passion is scrapping and stamping.  Cecilia converted her in 2001 when they become law school study partners.  It was a great way to get her mind off the books!  

Carrie is a very creative and active person.  She has eight nieces and nephews who keep her on her toes and stocked with photos.  She likes for her pages to tell a story.  She is not afraid to move away from clean lines and loves sassy embellishments.  

She is a paper and jewel addict.
